U.S. Return Policy
We understand the complexity involved in online shopping and we created a very customer friendly refund policy to make sure that customers can shop with confidence.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer would be responsible for the shipping cost.
Exchange
We offer exchange for the same item in different size when we are notified of the request within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please contact customer care at support@rbeey.com to help process your exchange request. Please note that the customer would be responsible for the shipping cost.
Exceptions
We do not accept return or exchange for any item which is used, washed, altered, damaged due to incorrect handling or care.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Those items include following items:
- Hair Accessories
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Swim Suits
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please inform up within 3 days of receiving item after which this order will not longer qualify for a return or replacement.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Color Variations
The exact color of merchandise may vary because the photography may use different lighting conditions and certain photography lenses. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will have to follow the return process in case they want to return the item.
Payments
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive the gift card in case of returns and refund in case of the damaged or incorrect item.
International Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of merchandise as long as it does not fall in the exceptions as outlined above and return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and actual shipping charges.

- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Please don't forget to attach the images of the merchandise.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- Customer is responsible for any shipping cost for the returns.
How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
Is there a return/exchange fee?
We do not offer return labels, customer is responsible to use their own shipping method as long as it has tracking number.
